The range of tyres, patterns and compounds available across our products enables Black Rubber to select the best combination of tyres to ensure we deliver measurable bottom line benefits to our customers.

For our fleet customers we can offer a Cost Per Hour (CPH) or Cost Per Kilometre (CPK) service. The CPH or CPK measure considers both the upfront cost of replacement tyres, tyre servicing costs and the total life achieved. In addition to reduced CPH or CPK cost the fleet also benefits from improved availability as the vehicle requires less time in the workshop to change tyres. Black Rubber utilise a number of key strategies to ensure the lowest total CPH or CPK is achieved.

This includes careful selection of the correct tyre for the application and position on the truck, managing tyre pressures and rotations through the appropriate positions, regrooving and multi life retreading.
